The Involvement (Citation CR2018T) 1970 Canada *

Humble primitive folk custom from seven-person outfit with simple acoustic guitar backing and sincere male/female harmonies. Pleasant low-key real-folks warmth as they sing and strum through titles like “Involvement Theme’, ‘What A Friend We Have In Jesus’, ‘Sinner Man’, ‘He’s Everything To Me’ and ‘All My Trials’. A few Medical Mission Sisters covers, including ‘If You Look Very Close’, ‘Christ The King’ and ‘Knock Knock’. Occasional tambourine and woodblock providing a percussion angle. From Calgary, Alberta. (The Archivist, 4th Edition by Ken Scott).

I have not acquired this album yet. Thank you Ken for the front cover photo and track list.  Thank you Donald for the rear cover photo.
