For Him (Torch CEP-1028) 1979
Melodic easy folk custom produced by Christine Wyrtzen. Wait, come back! Sure it’s conservative as you would expect, but it’s also spared from any orchestral indulgences that most certainly would have killed it. Instead the focus is on acoustic guitar, flute, soft keyboards and dulcet harmonization that only sisters can do. Plus it’s mostly their own songs. Functional for me as “that’s nice” background music. (The Archivist, 4th Edition by Ken Scott).
I have not acquired this album yet. Thank you Ken for the front cover photo. Thank you Donald for the rear cover photo and track list.
