A New Day (LHP LPS 2901) 1976
Male folk threesome with simple wholesome down-a-country-road rural quaintness. Bass, drums, and a pair of acoustic guitars spark a pleasant jangle as they work through originals like ‘A New Day’, ‘Personal Thoughts’, ‘Don’t Worry About Me’, ‘You’ve Got To Have A Dream’, ‘Lord, I Just Want To Thank You’, and ‘The Price’. Some Pat Terry Group influence, especially ‘Jeany’s Song’ which appears to have been more-or-less cloned from Terry’s ‘Iris’. A custom album from Lynn Holt Productions. (The Archivist, 4th Edition by Ken Scott).
I have not acquired this album yet.
