He Loves Me So (Lutheran Bible Institute LB11002) 1978?
Easygoing 3-girl 2-guy folk/pop group featuring gentle co-ed harmonies over an acoustic guitar framework, abetted with periodic piano, electric guitar, harmonica, strings and percussion. A few traditional hymns and MOR diversions, but overall a fairly likeable affair, the best moments recalling artists like Gamble Folk or Joyous Celebration. Stand-outs include ‘Let Not Your Hearts Be Troubled’, the string-backed ballad ‘Life Is A Symphony’ and a cover of Honeytree’s ‘Spirit Water’. A ministry of the Lutheran Bible Institute in Seattle, Washington. (The Archivist, 4th edition by Ken Scott).
I have not acquired this album yet. Thank you George for both the front and rear cover photos.
