Soul Searchers

Authentic high-grade electric bluesy soul from six-man black group led by Troy Ramey. Just three instruments in the combo from what I can tell (bass, drums and electric guitar) but what’s there certainly packs a chunky sound, especially the guitar. Gritty lead vocals, dynamic harmonies, even a bit of fiery Pentecostal hoopin’ and hollerin’. Guaranteed to get your mojo workin’. (The Archivist, 4th edition by Ken Scott).
