This is one of Bob Morley’s albums that did not find it’s way into the archivist. When doing some research on a possible date for this album I made a bit of a trivia discovery for myself. This song was originally published in 1927 and became a song on the most popular songs list in 1958. It had been recorded numerous times by numerous artist since 1927. Can we take the Jesus music era back to 1927? 🙂

It was published in Spirituals Triumphant, Old and New by Edward Boatner. additional information can be found He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands on Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Also Edward Boatner can be found there as well.
