Under The Son - Alpha

Male foursome with harmonized adult folk style comparable to The Wedgwood. The guys crack the whip on lively creative interpretations of ‘Andrew Told His Brother/We’ve Got Something To Give You’, ‘Wade In The Water’ and ‘Put Your Hand In The Hand’, all with tight harmonies vigorously backed by acoustic guitars, bass and drums. Ballads like ‘He Died For Us’ and ‘Psalms 11’ are also rendered with feeling. Piano added for Three Dog Night’s ‘Joy To The World’ which contains quite a few lyrical revisions (“Joy to the people who have been set free, joy to you and me”). Starke, Florida group on a custom Nashville label. Cover is one of those commonly used generic sunset photos. (The Archivist, 4th edition by Ken Scott).
