St Louis Jesuits - Earthen Vessels

Earthen Vessels introduces a more lush production that includes a 15 member choir plus a string ensemble. More of a choral/folk sound which is true for A Dwelling Place as well. Gentle Night (songs for Christmas and Advent) includes several songs that are purely choral while at the same time tossing in a few that return to simple folk expressions. There’s a beautiful symphonic presence to all of these albums, though they tend to lean on the fringes of what I wanted to include in Archivist. (The Archivist, 4th edition by Ken Scott).
