Young Tradition, The - The Sounds Of

Inept but entertaining slice of low-tech schlocky cheese from five teens “doing our thing for Christ in the best way we know how”. God bless ‘em. Strumming garagy electric guitar, royally cheapie organ, bass, tambourine and less-than—perfect guy/gal harmonies make a connection in the real people scene via standards like ‘I’ve Got Confidence’. “Walk A Mile In My Shoes’, ‘Don’t Be A Loser’, ‘Try A Little Kindness”, ‘Put Your Hand In The Hand’, ‘Oh Happy Day’, etc. Enough basement feel and spirit to make it a fringe keeper. Same cover as the first Joyful Noise 1p (the Florida band). (The Archivist, 4th edition by Ken Scott).

I have not acquired this album yet.
