Believe it or not this popular ccm/pop artist actually started on a rather rugged note (and with hair length to match!) This custom debut starts off with a solid rocker (that’s right, rock) ‘Sing, Singing His Song’ followed by a series of fine acoustic tunes with a rural folkiness to them – a musical mix and style that elicits comparisons to the early solo lps of Mike Johnson. Members of Sons Of Thunder supply bass, drums and lead guitar while Brown focuses on acoustic guitar and harmonica. A solid entry in the male solo realms. (The Archivist, 4th edition by Ken Scott).
