Just Passin’ Through (VC 736) 1973?

John & Patrick - Just Passin' Through

Very austere acoustic album featuring just guitar, upright bass and John’s (no last name given) temperate oft-whispered vocals. Not sure of Patrick’s role here outside of being one of the song-writers. He’s the same guy on the fine Patrick & Rose Marie lp Born Movin’. Some of the selections appear on both recordings, though I’d have to say Just Passin’ Through is not near as good. It’s okay, but seems kind of lethargic. (The Archivist, 4th edition by Ken Scott).
