Priests with guitars again, strumming along in the realms of the first couple Dameans and Montfort Mission albums. A minor thing that gets a wee boost from the crisp rhythm section and a couple nice original songs by Dennis Ference. ‘Speaking Of Love’ has subtle organ accompaniment while ‘His Name Is Lonely’ utilizes a weird tremolo effect on the electric bass. Otherwise it’s stuff like ‘Early In The Morning’ and ‘Amen’, along with fodder such as ‘Downtown’, ‘Moon River’, and ‘What The World Needs Now Is Love’. Sauk City, Wisconsin label. (The Archivist, 4th edition by Ken Scott).
