Listen (Artronics ART-2972) 1972?
The black and white cover photo now shows six people, gathered around a Bible on a candlelit table. Most of the electric edge on self-titled album is absent here, though it’s still a fairly pleasant home-made mix of simple folk and piano-led soft rock. I preferred the tracks backed solely by acoustic guitar, such as their covers of ‘Gospel Changes’, ‘Till All My People Are One’ and ‘Peace I Leave With You My Friend’ (the latter with some nice lead work). Other songs include ‘Master Designer’, ‘I Heard The Voice’, ‘Mighty Clouds/New World’ and ‘He Died For Us’. (The Archivist, 4th edition by Ken Scott).
Sorry I have not found this album yet, thank you Donald for the rear cover photo and song list.
