Extraordinary Living For Ordinary Man (Crusade  LP 252-01)  1971?

Remarkably beautiful folk custom from one of the loveliest voices ever.  Those who admire the elegance of Judy Collins or the country simplicity of Emmylou Harris will be especially drawn in.  Good clarity of sound featuring stirring self-harmonized vocals and lucid acoustic guitar work, often streamlined with graceful violin accompaniment.  Harmonica, mandolin, saxophone and organ also make individual appearances.  Several of her own songs appear alongside covers of ‘Pass It On’, ‘The Lily Of The Valley’, ‘It’s Just Like My Lord’ and others.  She and her husband Bob directed the Hidden Manna Coffee Shop in Philadelphia.  See also Road To Freedom.     (The Archivist, 4th edition by Ken Scott).
