TJ (KBK MK 57 344) 1975?

Gentle contemplative acoustic custom from soft-voiced folk-singer. Titles such as ‘He Gave Freely’, ‘How Much You Love Me’, ‘I Have Grieved You’ and ‘You Shall Love The Lord’ have warm soothing moods that could be compared to John Michael Talbot’s ballads. Usually just acoustic guitar backing Tom’s voice, although on four of the thirteen songs his three kids sing along, adding to the homey real-folks charm. Six of the selections are acoustic versions of James Ward songs, including ‘So His Honor’. Tom (aka “T.J.”) was a pastor in Waterloo, Illinois at the time of this recording. (The Archivist by Ken Scott, 4th Edition).
